The Charter Group is pleased to announce the sale of Preferred Quality Services, Inc (PQS) to a private investor. Founded in 1982, Preferred Quality Services of Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a provider of quality inspection and supplementary services for customers in the automotive supply industry. Since its inception PQS has been marked by dedicated employees, innovative inspection techniques and continual efforts to expand its array of secondary services. Despite challenges facing the domestic auto industry, PQS has recently experienced a sharp improvement in sales. Both former and new ownership remain optimistic about the future of the industry as well as in PQS' ability to continue to innovate its way to success.
