Bob
Koch, Managing Director
Bob joined Charter in 2001 and became a principal
in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, his career included
senior and ownership positions in the Consumer Product
Manufacturing and IT Management fields.
Bob has invaluable and firsthand experience as a successful
entrepreneur and understands the sensitivity and emotional
issues surrounding mergers and acquisitions. Bob brings
a unique perspective as a past and present business
owner, having personally experienced both the buy-side
and sell-side of a transaction. His operational and
analytical background adds significant value to the
firm’s ability to quickly understand and analyze
new business opportunities. Bob is a graduate of The
University of Michigan.
