Kevin Griffin, Vice President, Business & Transaction Management
 In over 30 years of experience Mr. Griffin has served roles in a wide breadth of industries including manufacturing, financial services and public accounting.
Most recently Mr. Griffin served as Director of Finance for X-Rite, Inc, a publicly traded provider of color measurement equipment and services. In this role Mr. Griffin was actively involved in both product line and company acquisitions in the United States and Europe. In addition to M&A activity, Mr. Griffin was also responsible for all treasury, tax and financial reporting functions at X-Rite.
Mr. Griffin has also worked in the financial services sector, having served as Vice President and Treasurer in the life insurance industry.
He began his career in public accounting in the Saginaw office of Rehmann and Co, and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Griffin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He resides in Hudsonville, MI with his wife and daughter.
